• Develop negotiation proposals based on member concerns.
• Review district financials and policies affecting contracts.
• May form subcommittees as needed.

Constitution & Bylaws Committee

Chair: Dan Falk

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and maintain governing documents.
• Recommend and facilitate the amendment process. 
• Provide interpretations of the C & B when disputes arise.

Elections Committee

Chair: Mel Rainey

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct fair elections following OEA guidelines.
• Safeguard election integrity and report results.

Legislative Committee

Chair: Matt Jablonski

Key Responsibilities:

• Inform members on legislative matters.
• Support candidates for election.
• Foster relationships with officials.
• Encourage voter registration and Ohio Fund drive.

Communications Committee

Key Responsibilities:

• Publish bulletins/newsletters as needed.
• Serve as the voice of the association’s internal communication.

Membership Committee

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead membership campaigns and follow-ups.
• Educate members about local, state, and national association services.
